Kate pretty much talked about the whole "Delaware Curse". Because they're the only state that hasn't placed in the history of Miss USA. Her confessional video is SO FUNNY. This video is highly recommended if you're into beauty pageants especially Miss USA. It's nice to hear that she's not TOO serious like the other girls in the competition. Now I regret not putting Kate in my Top 15. Based on this video, I think she aced the interview segment of the competition. I wanna see her up there in a few hours. Good luck Kate!
