The Miss Tourism International Beauty Pageant was held last December 31, 2008 during the celebration of New Year's Eve at Hotel Petaling Jaya in Malaysia. One contestant who celebrated the most as she was crowned as the winner, the 21 year old Miss India Manasvi Mamgai.
* 1st (Miss Tourism Queen of the Year International) - Miss Brazil, Cibele Franczak
* 2nd (Miss Tourism Metropolitan International) - Miss Bosnia & Herzegovina, Alma Mulalic
* 3rd (Miss Tourism Global) - Miss Thailand, Ananya Chinsangchai
* 4th (Miss Cosmopolitan International) - Miss Hong Kong, Ruby Wong
