A former prom queen, Halle was just 17 when she hit the headlines after winning the Miss Teen All-American Pageant.

A year later, she was runner-up in the Miss USA Pageant.

But that all seems a long time ago for Halle, who has since won herself an Oscar for Monster's Ball.

Twice-married Halle joins the Fab 'n' Forty club, whose members include Brad Pitt, Linda Evangelista and Keanu Reeves.
