STAUNTON — Adrianna Sgarlata, Miss Virginia 2006, will perform opera selections from 7 to 10 p.m. March 23 at L’Italia Restaurant at 23 E. Beverly St.
Sgarlata, a George Mason University graduate, said she has performed 14 operas in seven languages, and has performed at the Kennedy Center. She is singing at Italian restaurants across the state to raise money for Miss America scholarships.
