Brains and beauty give Holly a licence to thrill

WITH her flowing blonde hair, stunning Nordic looks and an exotic beach setting, she looks a dead ringer for Ursula Andress’s unforgettable character in Dr No.

But 20-year-old student Holly Ikin is hoping that it will be a combination of beauty and brains that will give her a licence to thrill when she appears in the regional final of Miss Student UK.

Holly, who is studying for an honours degree in English at Manchester University, is hoping she can go on to win the national competition and scoop a grand prize of £10,000.
