Miss Tenerife, Patricia Rodriguez was crowned last March 2, 2008 as the new Miss Spain 2008 at Oropesa del Mar. She will be representing her country at Miss World Pageant which will be held at Ukraine later this year.
Claudia Moro of Madrid was named as the first runner-up and will be representing Spain at the Miss Universe Pageant in Vietnam. The 2nd runner-up was Miss Zaragoza, Alexandra Andreu, and completing the Top 6 were the representatives of Cadiz, Asturias and Melilla.
