American Heart Association's Greater Portland Go Red For Women Executive Breakfast

It was an early morning for some of Portland's notable female business executives as the American Heart Association hosted the Go Red Executive Women's Breakfast.   The delicious (and healthy!) breakfast and educational seminar on women's stroke symptoms, afforded attendees the chance to learn more about strokes signs and symptoms, risk factors, and also offered nutritional options.  The women also had a chance to network with each other around a common cause.
Many thanks to AHA executive director Erin McDonough, Legacy Health Systems, and Dr. Sandy Lewis for a fact filled two hours.  To learn more about stroke prevention and treatment, click here to go to the AHA website: www.pdxgoesred.org
