Miss Teen USA 2009, the 27th Miss Teen USA beauty pageant, will be held at Atlantis Paradise Island, in Nassau, Bahamas on July 31, 2009. For the first time since 1986 the Miss Teen USA pageant will held earlier than Miss Universe pageant. The Miss Universe 2009 pageant will be held at same venue on August 23, 2009. Miss Teen USA 2008, Stevi Perry of Arkansas, will crown her successor in the event. It has not yet been announced whether the event will be televised.
