Tourism Indonesia: Miss Universe visits Borobudur templeMiss Universe Dayana Mendoza, 22, during her current tour of Indonesia paid a visit to the Buddhist temple of Borobudur in Magelang regency, Central Java, on Monday.
Accompanied by Miss Indonesia 2008, Zivanna Lestisha Siregar, Mendoza toured the temple and walked around the top stupa.
The director for operations and development of Borobudur and Prambanan temples, Guntur Puronomo Adi, welcomed Mendoza and presented her with a book on Borobudur and traditional batik cloth with a Borobudur motive.
