The Travel Channel showed up in Nashville, Tennessee last June to candidly film the group of ladies who "enlisted" for several days to be put through the paces of pageant preparation at "Boot Camp for Beauty Queens." I had a great time with everyone there - "drill sergeants" and contestants alike - and learned a lot as I got ready to compete at last year's national BOA pageant as Ohio's 40's. Not only did we work hard on pageant skills during the day at Boot Camp, but we got to see some of the sites in Nashville and even attended a Celebrity Baseball Game.
