Miss Universe, Stefania Fernandez attends the NYC hospital visit to Children's Hospital at Montefiore on January 21, 2010.
In addition to signing autographs and making room visits, Stefania went to work, painting the nails of several Miss Universe hopefuls.
| Miami and Houston - recipients of generous giving
| Recently, Miami was chosen by MarcumRachlin and InSource, Inc as the recipient of the companies' holiday donation.
Houston received a $15,000 grant from the Ascende Charitable Trust.
