Jessica Ibarra, Miss Venezuela won the Best in Evening Gown Award at Miss Tourism Queen International 2009 Beauty Pageant Contest (MTQI 2009) during the event held in Xinyang, Henan, China. as well in 2008 Maria Lourdes Caldera, Miss Venezuela also won the Best in Evening Gown in
Miss Tourism Queen International 2008.
While the second place best in evening gown was Miss China, Shen Yu Jie and Miss Philippines, Marie Razel Eguia was in 3rd place.
