| Happy Labor Day from the Miss America Organization 
Miss America 2009 Katie Stam will celebrate the holiday this weekend with a visit to the Cincinnati VA Medical Center in Fort Thomas, Kentucky, to personally thank the men and women who continue to defend us and carry on our military tradition.
On Sunday, Katie will sing our national anthem at the USO Riverfest
Gala Fireworks Show in Cincinnati. She will also be meeting the family
members of active duty military personnel to tell them how proud we
are of these brave young men and women. As we say goodbye to summer, The Miss America Organization wishes everyone a happy and safe holiday! |
