You know I get excited with every interview I conduct, but how about an interview with Paula Miles, Executive Director of Miss North Carolina USA, South Carolina USA and Louisiana USA. Under her directorship, she's watched her titleholders go on to be Miss USA - - THREE TIMES; Miss Universe, Miss World and Miss Teen USA -- TWICE!
