MISS AMERICA 2007 LAUREN NELSON SINGS NATIONAL ANTHEM AT THE UNITED STATES GRAND PRIX




On Sunday, June 17, Lauren Nelson sang the national anthem before the start of the United States Grand Prix at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in front of the largest crowd of her performing career.

The race was televised on FOX and was also was broadcast internationally. Lauren was excited to be performing at her first race, especially in Indianapolis and in front of such a large crowd. "Miss America is an American tradition and so is the Grand Prix. I think it’s a perfect match, a perfect relationship," said Lauren before the event.
