Miss Georgia teaches manners to young girls

By Liz Fabian - lfabian@macontel.com

The 2007 Miss Georgia, Amanda Kozak, spent Sunday afternoon drilling young ladies in manners.

Kozak, a Warner Robins High School graduate who finished third in the Miss America Pageant, schooled her students in sitting properly, walking elegantly and behaving like a lady.

Manners are being lost in today's culture, said Kozak, who relinquishes her crown next month.

Proceeds from the "Manners Matter" tea with Miss Georgia benefit the Miss Music City scholarship pageant in Macon.
