Michelle Rouillard was born October 28, 1986 and a student representing Cauca Department, was crowned Miss Colombia 2008 during a ceremony televised live nationwide at the Julio Cesar Turbay auditorium in Cartagena. Michelle, a student of international business at Concord University in Canada, stands 1.74 m tall, she speaks three languages: Spanish, English and French. their actions are 92-62-92, with green eyes, light brown hair and fair skin, and will represent Colombia at the Miss Universe 2009 contest in July. |
