Angela's Adventures: Miss North Dakota and Miss Teen North Dakota USA pageants

Saturday, November 29 was the Miss Teen North Dakota USA and Miss North Dakota USA Finals for the North Dakota USA Pageants and I had the honor of being in attendance.

The Teen division had 25 lovely young ladies in it and after the opening number they narrowed it down to ten semi-finalist. The miss division had 15 lovely ladies in it and was narrowed down to 5. I am thrilled to announce that our own Brandi Schoenberg, Miss North Dakota International 2007 made the top 5. Each division then competed in swimsuit and evening gown and was then narrowed to the finalist. The teen division was narrowed to 5 and the miss division to 3. We were all disappointed when Brandi didn't make top 3 but are certain the scores were close and are VERY VERY proud of the wonderful job she did do. She represented herself and her family very well and we are proud to call her one of our own.

After the finalist were announced they each answered an on stage question written by a fellow contestant. Each young lady did a great job with their questions but as in all pageants only one can be crowned and so it was with this one.
