VIDEO available: Miss USA Possibly In Berks County Rehab Center

She was given a second chance at her title. Now the reigning Miss U-S-A may be getting that fresh start in Berks County. Tara Conner was expected to arrive yesterday at the Caron Facility Treatment Center in South Heidelberg Township. Conner's excessive and underage partying with alcohol put her in the spotlight. Some local pageant experts say how she handles herself post- rehab will be important to the future of the Miss U-S-A Organization. >> CARMEN: "It can show that the Miss USA organization is interested in forgiving its title holders and helping them grow or it can be seen as an organization that's not willing to hold its title holders accountable." >> No word on how long Tara Conner will stay in a rehab facility.
