No longer a first runner-up. Rachel Mathson, 25, Fargo, N.D., was crowned Miss North Dakota USA on Saturday, Nov. 25. Mathson is the daughter of Bruce and Shelley Mathson of Thief River Falls. She is a 2000 graduate of Lincoln High School.Rachel Mathson, 25, Fargo, N.D., was crowned Miss North Dakota USA® 2007 during the Miss North Dakota USA event at North Dakota State University in Fargo, on Saturday, Nov. 25. Mathson, who now lives in Fargo, is the daughter of Bruce and Shelley Mathson of Thief River Falls, and is a 2000 graduate of Lincoln High School.
