DOVER — Few people could’ve had a better weekend than Jamie Ginn.
The 24-year-old beauty queen made her first appearance in the 2006 Miss Delaware Pageant Friday evening and won the state crown Saturday night, beating out many of the competition’s veteran finalists.
“I felt so comfortable here. I didn’t feel like a first-timer or an outsider,” she said following her victory. “I think that was the key to doing well.”
