News agency Associated Press reported Miss USA Crystle Stewart tripped during the evening gown competition at the Miss Universe pageant in Vietnam.
It is the second year in a row the tragedy has happened to a Miss USA entrant.
Last year, Miss USA Rachel Smith also tumbled during the evening gown competition, becoming a YouTube star in the process.
