From Shannon Devine's blog: 5th Annual "Collier Lilly Ride 4 Life" visit the NEW website

The final day of a busy yet successful month (National Organ Donation Awareness month)! So many wonderful things happened this “April” in the Tarheel state. The on-line registry went live www.verybigheart.com on the 1st, planning and fundraising for the Collier Lilly Ride 4 Life has been non-stop yet so rewarding and I will be traveling to Chicago in July in hopes of receiving a “National Platform” to continue my efforts of saving lives at the Mrs. International Pageant where I will represent the best state in the US (after being crowned Mrs. NC International-April 26th)

On June 7th we will honor and remember Collier Cobb Lilly and celebrate LIFE at the 5th Annual Collier Lilly Ride 4 Life at Davidson College. This is the sole fundraiser for LifeShare Of The Carolinas! I want to publicly thank Debbie Gibbs with LifeShare of The Carolinas for all of her campaign work this month, focusing on the Workplace Initiative and the on-line registry! She has been a busy bee and is a true gem! The entire Collier Lilly Ride 4 Life organizing committee is incredible, you volunteer your time year after year to make this event a success, THANK YOU Robert, Robbie, Whitney, Karen, Neal, William and so many others...allowing LifeShare to continue Saving Lives through Organ Donation Awareness. Thanks to ALL the volunteers who have said “yes”.

If you love to cycle, we invite you to go online and register! Speaking of ON-LINE, A HUGE THANK YOU to Tim & Kelly Dietrich of Xgravity. Tim & Kelly generously offered to redesign/ handle the development of the www.collierlillyride4life.com website!
It looks amazing, please visit the newly designed site and if you have any website needs, contact Tim! In addition to doing Web design, Kelly is also a digital artist who focuses on what she refers to as "healing art." You can learn more about her on her site http://kellydietrich.com/ and see the products that she has created from her art on her Etsy store http://kellydietrich.etsy.com/

Dr. Ed Lilly (Collier’s brother) told me yesterday that he & the entire Lilly family are truly excited about this year’s event and the NEW website! More updates coming soon. GO on-line check out the new site. I'll see you at the ride on June 7th!

Until next time, remain blessed!

Shannon Devine
