The Pittsburgh Steelers' wide receiver will be joined on the celebrity panel by "Apprentice" regular and budding real estate developer Donald Trump Jr. and shoe manufacturer Steve Madden.
The pageant will be telecast live from Baltimore on April 21. The winner will represent the United States at the Miss Universe 2006 pageant.
The Miss USA contest has used NFL players as judges since 1970. Among the more recent ones were Warren Sapp and Tom Brady.
