Miss America 2007 Lauren Nelson will be a special guest in the nation's largest Independence Day parade. The 47th Annual Salute 2 America Parade will take place on July 4 in Atlanta, Georgia. This year's parade will be honoring the 60th anniversary of the US Air Force. WSBTV, channel 2, will air the parade live starting at 12:30pm. Several other national celebrities will join the celebration along with nearly 100 beautiful floats, helium-filled balloons, award-winning marching bands, specialty entertainment units and representatives of our armed forces.
