Bishara Dorre, 17, from Milwaukee, was crowned as the 2007 Miss Wisconsin Outstanding Teen at the third annual program held this past Saturday June 23 in Oshkosh.
Bishara, an honor student, will be entering her senior year at Wauwatosa East High School. Bishara was awarded a $1,000 scholarship and will be attending the Miss America's Outstanding Teen program in Orlando Florida this August 7 through August 11th.where she will compete for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen.More at the Source
