Rachael is a remarkable young woman who is so deserving of this title. She is a wonderful role model for young ladies and will serve Connecticut well. She is genuine and is as beautiful on the inside as she is on the outside. We are so proud of her and look forward to following her journey as Connecticut's Outstanding Teen.
