MISS LOUISIANA'S OUTSTANDING TEEN, MISS WISCONSIN'S OUTSTANDING TEEN AND MISS PENNSYLVANIA'S OUTSTANDING TEEN WIN PRELIMINARY AWARDS
PHOTOS AVAILABLE ONLINE Miss Louisiana's Outstanding Teen Mary Jane Hobgood was named Tuesday night's preliminary talent winner at the Linda Chapin Theater in the Orange County Convention Center during the first night of competition. Also in the spotlight were Miss Pennsylvania's Outstanding Teen Elena LaQuatra and Miss Wisconsin's Outstanding Teen Bishara Dorre, who won the preliminary awards for Evening Wear and Sportswear, respectively.
