Former pageant winner launches beauty business

In a world where young celebrities will do just about anything to get attention, one former European beauty pageant winner wants to give girls another type of role model to look up to.

Next month Olya Volotko, 28, a University of Central Oklahoma graduate and model, will launch Studio O, a business offering a four-month class for girls ages 10 to 16 that covers everything from building confidence and etiquette lessons to beauty tips and walking the runway.
