Norfolk's loveliest ladies will be battling it out this week for the title of Miss Norwich and the chance to become Miss World.
The Norwich heat of the competition will be held on Friday and the winner will go on to represent the city in the Miss England finals. The winner of the Miss England crown will be entered into the prestigious Miss World competition.
So far, 24 contestants are gearing up to dazzle the judges at the pageant at the Maid's Head Hotel, in Tombland.
Miss Norwich 2006, Tiffany Tyler, will be attending the 2007 finals to judge and pass on her crown.
Each contestant will not just be judged on her looks, but for stage presence, confidence and personality.
