Fishers dad has stake in Miss America crown
Daughter will represent Iowa during festivities.

FISHERS -- Local residents have another reason to tune in to the Miss America pageant Jan. 21: Miss Iowa, Kay Pauszek.
She's the daughter of Tom and Kathy Pauszek and the granddaughter of pediatrician Dr. Robert Pauszek Sr. and his wife Kay Pauszek, all of Fishers.
Kay Pauszek said the Indiana branch of the family will head to the pageant festivities in Las Vegas and see the program that will be televised live Jan. 21 on cable's Country Music Television.
The 22-year-old University of Iowa grad grew up in Iowa. She remains close to her sisters, Leah, a senior at Chatard High School, and Shauna, a sophomore at Indiana University, according to her grandmother."
