I was fortunate to be asked to judge the Grandview Junior Miss Pageant on Saturday. All the young women were wonderful representatives and it was a tough choice. Here are the winners and I after the pageant.
Junior Miss puts a large emphasis on scholastics and it was great to see such high academic achievers.
On Saturday, April 18, I will be traveling to LaGrande, Oregon to speak on women and heart disease prevention to the local Soroptimist Club. Thank you Soroptimist for allowing me to speak on something I am so passionate about.
