HARMAR TOWNSHIP, Pa. -- A new Miss Pennsylvania will be crowned for 2009 in the annual pageant, which is being held this weekend in Allegheny County. Miss Pennsylvania will represent the state at the Miss America Pageant in Las Vegas in January.
