Eve Maciel, 20, who holds the title of Miss Empire America, recently returned from an international beauty pageant in Hong Kong.
The hard part would follow.
Since winning the national competition in September, 20-year-old Eve Maciel has flown to Ecuador, Hong Kong and China representing her country in still more contests, such as Ecuador's Miss Queen of Banana and the Miss Bikini International pageant in Hong Kong.
It's no easy feat for a young woman to represent her country in the public spotlight, said Miss Corona Pageant Coordinator Erlinda Armendariz.
