WATERTOWN, N.Y. The Miss New York pageant has been held in Watertown for more than 20 years. Now, it's looking for a new home.
Sharon Pearce, a spokeswoman for the pageant, says the Miss America organization decided not to renew its agreement with Watertown. She says the organization is looking to go in a new direction.Pearce says the pageant is accepting applications from other communities to host the contest, which selects New York state's representative in the Miss America pageant.More at the Source
