SHE wore the Miss Universe crown with style and has taken TV presenting in her pony-walk stride.
But when Jennifer Hawkins was left holding a baby at Sydney Children's Hospital yesterday she was the first to point out she was out of her comfort zone.With boyfriend Jake Wall by her side, a giggly Hawko took to the nursing role readily, delivering a huge dose of excitement to the infants' ward at Randwick.
While clucking over each child, the 23-year-old dismissed questions about her own family plans. "No way," she wailed, echoed by Wall, who was quick to media manage the talk, telling us "Now, don't you write that".
The pair did the rounds with help from Sophie Delezio's head doctor, Jonny Taitz, handing out the stuffed toys Hawkins used in her recent raunchy Lovable lingerie campaign.
