Pageant bound Munising woman to vie for Miss Michigan USA

Jenna Johnson, 18, of Munising is among the youngest contestants set to compete in the Miss Michigan USA pageant this month in Port Huron.

MUNISING — Eighteen-year-old Jenna Johnson of Munising is among the youngest contestants competing in the Miss Michigan USA pageant this month in Port Huron.

“I’ll be one of the young ones,” Johnson, a freshman studying business administration at Michigan Technological University, said Friday.

The pageant will be held Oct. 19-21 at the McMorran Place Theater in downstate Port Huron. Young women into their mid-20s compete in the pageant.
