Miss Utah: Top Contender for Miss America

Miss Utah is quickly becoming a top contender for the Miss America title. Sergeant Jill Stevens is a member of the Utah National Guard and served in Afghanistan as a medic. The pageant is scheduled to take place next month in Las Vegas. Fox 13's Katy Carlyle has more.
