ORLANDO, FL GETS READY FOR FIFTY-TWO OUTSTANDING TEENS

Orlando, FL-June 27, 2007---Fifty-two of the country's most talented and brightest young women aged 13 to 17 years old are poised to compete in the 3rd Annual Miss America's Outstanding Teen (MAOT) pageant from August 7th thru the 11th with the final night of competition on August 11th, 2007, at the Linda Chapin Theater, Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, FL.

These outstanding teens travel from all over the country to compete in the week long event, after winning their state-titles earlier in the year. The teens include honor students, debate champions, singers, dancers, cheerleaders, thespians, athletes, musicians, and writers, and they will compete for the title of Miss America's Outstanding Teen, as well as $150,000 in scholarship assistance (with the winner receiving $30,000 of that amount.)

Preliminary competitions are held the during the week leading up to the final night of competition on August 11th. The final night will include a celebrity host, performances by top artists and an unbelievable "Broadway-like" show put on by the 52 contestants.

The contestants will be in Orlando from Thursday, August 2nd thru Saturday, August 11th and will be available for press interviews.

A sister company to the Miss America Organization, Miss America's Outstanding Teen promotes scholastic achievement, creative accomplishment, healthy living and community involvement for America's teens.
