Moore Pageant Productions, Inc. is pleased to announce that Rachel Naugle McCarville, Mrs. Virginia United States 2009, is the official “Face” and spokesperson for the Alzheimer’s Association. This will be a great way for her to promote her platform “Alzheimer’s Awareness” and her title as a variety of opportunities are in the works.
