Today, I had the opportunity to tour the newly built Montgomery County Coalition for the Homeless buildings before the Open House in June. I want to thank all of the staff for being so welcoming and providing an informational session and tour for me.
Once again, I am always humbled to meet people who work tirelessly to help those who may not be able to help themselves. We have wonderful services in Montgomery County and they would not be made possible if it weren't for those dedicated to helping others! I can't speak for other locales but during the winter we make sure all those living outside are brought into a shelter if they desire.
