This weekend was super FULL for America's 20s! On Saturday evening I was asked to be the Special Entertainment for the Mrs. North Carolina United States pageant in Charlotte, NC. The spectacular event was sponsored by Lowe's Motor Speedway and held at the wonderful Spirit Square in Uptown Charlotte! The Spirit Square stage has held some incredible talent and BIG name traveling Broadway shows that have come through the area... it was quite an honor to sing where other fantastic performers have! Mrs. Rachel Lee Carter was crowned the new Mrs. North Carolina United States 2009! She is an OUTSTANDING wife, mother and woman - all together. The top 5, honestly, could have been a National Top 5 ANYWHERE! They were AMAZING, no kidding!!! I couldn't even call it...
AND A SPECIAL CONGRATS TO 2007 AMERICA'S 20's Rachel Naugle-McCarville on her BIG NEW WIN - MRS. VIRGINIA UNITED STATES!!! you crowned me at Nationals last year, and I'm so proud of you!!!!
