Mariana Bridi da Costa (Photos, Video) Tragedy of Miss World Finalist

clipped from www.nationalledger.com The world of beauty queens usually have scandals attached from racy photos to pepper spray accusations and more.  However, the tragedy of Miss World finalist Mariana Bridi da Costa is no scandal and a horrific story.  The Sydney Morning Herald is reporting that the 20-year-old model who was a finalist to represent Brazil in the Miss World contest has reportedly had her hands and feet amputated after contracting a severe urinary infection. Miss World Finalist Tragedy The Sun UK adds that "her boyfriend Thiago Simoes said 20-year-old Mariana fell ill on December 30 – but was initially misdiagnosed with kidney stones."  The Sun has lots of photos here of the gorgeous model along with her video from the pageant.
