I get to talk about the small changes that made a HUGE difference in my life. Changes like watching my portions, walking regularly, embracing exercising and treating sometimes foods like what they are sometimes foods.
On January 30 I, along with women across North Dakota, have the opportunity to participate in the Go Red Our Hearts, Our Choice Casting call at West Acres in Fargo. They will be interviewing women from North Dakota who have chosen to take control of their heart health on how they have accomplished this goal.
In addition to helping register women for the movement and supporting the event by speaking to people, I get to be one of those women to be interviewed and considered for the campaign.
So get up and get out!
