MISS AMERICA 2008 KIRSTEN HAGLUND KICKS OFF THE HOLIDAY SEASON AT THE NEIMAN MARCUS ADOLPHUS CHILDREN'S PARADE 
On December 6, Miss America 2008 Kirsten Haglund will be a special guest at the Neiman Marcus Adolphus Children's Parade in Dallas, TX. The parade, which attracts a crowd of over 350,000 in downtown Dallas, officially kicks off the holiday season and is a fundraiser for the Children's Medical Center. The parade is broadcast LIVE on WFAA-TV Channel 8 in Dallas/Fort Worth and LIVE in Spanish on Univision, Channel 23 in Dallas/Fort Worth, at 10 a.m. CST on December 6.
Through national syndication, the parade will also air on more than 350 television stations in 159 markets coast-to-coast (more than 87 percent of the United States) at varying times through December 26.
