Yes, these go together! Monday was the kick off of the RNC our very own Miss Minnesota made national news when she was chosen to sing the National Anthem at the RNC! So exciting, and such a huge honor for Angie and the Miss MN program! As part of the Miss Twin Cities Committee we are especially proud of her! Since her crowning in June she's had many great opportunities around the state of MN! Next up she's off to L.A. to film the taping of TLC's Reality Check. A reality show that will appear the month before Miss America in January! The countdown is on for Miss America... it'll be held Jan. 24th, 2009! I am excited. I'm already planning on keeping a blog while I'm in Vegas for Miss America... follow along with me.
