| State Pageants and At-Large Titles Beauties of America state pageants will be held in Virginia, Texas, Wisconsin, Minnesota and New Hampshire. All other state titles will be awarded through the at-large selection process. To be eligible for a state title (either at-large or state pageant), a delegate must meet at least one of the following criteria:
