LOUISVILLE, Ky. - A book publishing company filed a lawsuit Wednesday against Heather French Henry, claiming the former Miss America agreed to help fund and promote a children's book series she wrote, but didn't do so.
Woodland Hills, Calif.-based Cubbie Blue Publishing Inc., which filed the civil suit in Jefferson County Circuit Court, is seeking damages of more than $350,000 and lost profits from the book project, "Claire's Adventure Series," The Courier-Journal of Louisville reported on its Web site.
