Law Enforcement Prepare For Pumpkin Pageant

Law officials in Worcester County are getting ready to dress in drag. The Pumpkin Princess Womanless Beauty Pageant is being held to raise money for Trooper Heath Berkey. He was diagnosed this year with leukemia.

"Dressing up as women and they are competing as women in a beauty pageant, beauty being the word that could be used loosely," said Worcester County Sheriff's Department Sgt. Ed Schreier.

The show is this Saturday at the Pocomoke Elks club at 6. Only 350 tickets will be sold; they are $35 each.
