New Miss Delaware sees opportunities

A Rowan University graduate who works as a chemical engineer, Jamie Ginn nonetheless believes that beauty pageants are relevant, that they offer women something useful.

In fact, she won one herself Saturday night, becoming Miss Delaware 2006.

The 24-year-old captured a swimsuit competition win with a fuschia bikini and the talent competition with a dance number.
